SigGear specializing in providing micro gear transmission system solutions, is a research and development, design, production, sales as one of the high-tech enterprises, with professional production technology and R & D design personnel. The company is mainly engaged in the mass production and custom development of planetary gear box, micro cycloidal pinwheel gear reducer, micro gear motor and robot joint module. Widely used in robot joints, drones, medical equipment, smart home, automotive electronics, garden tools, industrial automation and other fields.
For planetary gearbox we have 8-42MM standard options also with customized choice. For cycloidal gear motor we have widely range for customized service (20-150MM both available).
Our company has a strong R & D and design team, focusing on the R & D and design of gear transmission parts, providing complete core transmission parts solutions for international well-known brands, using gear production and testing equipment from Switzerland, Germany and Japan, the accuracy can reach the national standard 5, the daily production capacity can reach 30,000 sets, and currently has 11 assembly lines. The company adopts ISO9001 international quality management system and IATF16949 automotive electronics industry quality system as quality control. And has a perfect testing equipment, strict implementation of the industry’s quality standards, the use of efficient and accurate systematic management.
